Badminton Cookie Challenge!
I love a challenge and unless my schedule compromises my ability to be creative, I rarely say "no" to a cookie challenge. This was one of those crazy moments when I should have said "no", but an idea flashed through my head and the word "yes"spill out of my mouth.
I am more of a pretty cookie maker, and feel comfortable creating elegant, edible art. Surprisingly I find the sport cookies the toughest to do, so when someone contacted me about cookies for a badminton championship, I felt challenged.
Well, let me tell you there is no such thing as a badminton cookie cutter, so I made my own stencils and got to work... Not bad if I do say so myself!
